1. How to request current fees

Get the latest tariff sheet directly from our team.

Please email support@nefin.io with the subject “Fee Request” and include:

• Company or full name (for individuals)
• Expected monthly volume and main currency pairs
• Jurisdiction and client type (B2C / B2B / institutional)
• Intended services (exchange, custody, wallet deposits/withdrawals, order execution, etc.)

We will send you the latest tariff sheet and, if applicable, a tailored proposal based on volume tiers.

2. Fee structure (overview)

What fees may apply, depending on the service.

• Trading fees (maker/taker): volume-tiered; specific pairs/venues may differ.
• Fiat on/off-ramp: partner-dependent processing fees and payment method surcharges (if any).
• Crypto deposits/withdrawals: network fees are passed through or quoted dynamically; additional handling may apply for congested networks.
• Custody: monthly custody/segregation fee (if applicable) based on asset type and balance.
• Compliance/EDD: enhanced due diligence or extraordinary processing may incur a separate fee (pre-agreed).
• Other services: bespoke integrations, priority support, or liquidity arrangements priced case-by-case.

3. Updates and changes

We keep fees up to date and notify clients as required.

• Fees may be updated periodically. The most recent tariff sheet provided to you supersedes prior versions.
• Where required by law or contract, we will notify clients in advance of changes.

4. Disclaimers

Network costs and partner charges can vary.

• Blockchain network fees are external costs and fluctuate with network conditions.
• Third-party partner fees (banks, PSPs, card schemes) may apply and are disclosed in your quote.
• Fees are quoted exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
