Restricted Activities and Prohibited Jurisdictions Policy
This policy sets out the types of activities and jurisdictions that NeFin Solutions, UAB does not permit. It protects against AML/CTF, sanctions, reputational and legal risks. The English version is legally binding; other languages are provided for convenience only.

1. Restricted activities
The Company will not provide services for the following activities or industries.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, insider trading.
- Unlicensed or illegal financial services (including shadow banking, shell banks, unregistered securities offerings, ICOs without KYC).
- Mixing/tumbling services or privacy coins explicitly designed to obscure transactions.
- Gambling, betting, lottery services (unless fully licensed and regulated in the EEA).
- Pornography, adult entertainment, escort services.
- Drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
- Weapons, arms, military equipment, dual-use goods without export licenses.
- Human trafficking, forced labour, child exploitation.
- High-risk MLM schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment programs.
- Darknet markets or services facilitating illegal trade.
2. Prohibited jurisdictions
The Company does not accept clients or transactions from certain jurisdictions.

3. General provisions
Policy application and updates.
- This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as required by law, regulation, or internal risk assessment.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse onboarding or terminate existing relationships if there is evidence of involvement in restricted activities or prohibited jurisdictions.
